Refund policy
All unused, unworn and unwashed merchandise is eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days of the customer receiving the items. Merchandise must be returned with original tags with its original packaging and free of makeup/deodorant marks to be considered eligible for a full exchange.

Customers may choose their preferred method of shipping and we recommend tracking/insurance, as Brown Bowe-tique is not responsible for lost packages. The customer may choose to have Brown Bowe-tique send a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from refund/credit amount.

TO EXCHANGE:
Tell us what item you want to swap for and we will confirm the merchandise is in stock and put it on hold until your return is received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
If your exchange is approved, and there is a difference in cost, the remainder will be added as a site credit to be used at your convenience. If there is a balance due, we will request payment for the price difference of the exchanged item(s); in this case, your new item(s) will be shipped within 72 hours of payment, at the cost of Brown Bowe-tique.

Due to the nature of, made-to-order product, we currently do not accept full returns.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If products fail to meet the standard conditions stated above, the merchandise will be returned back to sender and sender will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
